The copyright of the images uploaded within this website are copyright © their respective owners. That is, the individual who uploaded the image is responsible for it's content.

Attempting to exploit various loops or holes in the website coding or security is a criminal offence, and if the action is severe ImgHype.com - Upload images super fast!'s legal team will be alerted of the incident. Such illegal activity involves, yet is not limited to: altering existing files on the server, inserting files on to the server that have the potential to harm the public, disallowing the public from uploading images and directly attempting to attack or harm the server.

If you are caught infringing these terms and conditions, whether it be intentional or not, your uploaded image will be promptly deleted and federal action may be taken.
